Yes, all our Gentle Monster eyewear products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the official factory in Huizhou City, China.

Why are the prices lower than retail?
Gentle Monster products are manufactured in two major locations: China and Korea. We source directly from the factory in China, where production costs are lower due to more affordable labor. This allows us to offer at a cheaper price than the official website.

What packaging will my eyewear come in?
All eyewear comes with the official Gentle Monster box, case, cleaning cloth, and authenticity card.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, bank deposit, GCash, Maya, and major credit/debit cards via PayPal.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for orders within Metro Manila and 5-10 business days for other regions. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on courier services.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns only if the product is damaged during shipping or found to be defective. Exchanges are only allowed for in-stock products and must be requested within 3 days of receipt. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Preordered items cannot be exchanged. All requests are subject to approval. What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement with free shipping.

Do you offer prescription lenses?
Currently, we do not offer prescription lenses. However, most Gentle Monster frames are compatible with prescription lenses, and you can consult your local optician for assistance.
